We source from local farmers across Hawaiʻi — including Hawaiʻi Banana Source, home of the world's wild banana expert and some of the islands' best bananas.
At Hawaiʻi Banana Source, they grow more than 150 varieties of common and rare bananas, and even cultivate new varieties of their own. Their most popular include Apple, Namwah, Gros Michel, and Ice Cream. Many are Native Hawaiian canoe crops — like Iholena, Pōpōʻulu, and Maoli — while others hail from regions around the globe.
